dp Industrial Services’ high specification Steel Fire Door sets are designed and assessed to give up to four hours fire resistance.

Engineered and manufactured to exacting standards using computer controlled machinery to ensure dimensional accuracy, fire door sets complete with steel frame come in a wide variety of sizes, or can be tailor made to suit site requirements. Tested to BS 476, Part 22 to give four hours fire protection, the doors feature a unique edge lipping which overlaps the frame and in conjunction with the normal rebate gives additional security and prevents the passage of smoke. The smooth steel sheet surface gives a flush faced, attractive finish, whilst internal steel stiffeners provide rigidity and Rockwool filling to door and frame provides heat and noise insulation.

Single or double leaf doors are available, and fitting is simplified by lift off hinges, special frame fixings and pre-installed furniture. A dog bolt between the hinges provides additional security. Suitable for internal or external openings, the frames come with a complementary flat cill or weather bar.
